WHAT WE DO
JWL has been involved in all classes of drainage work undertaken for drainage design and construction, civil works, excavations, cable laying, trenching, all commercial, residential and local body contractors. JWL owns and operates a wide range of heavy earthworking equipment.
The 50 plus years of experience has seen JWL complete a wide range of both residential and commercial subdivision development often in challenging ground conditions and in environmentally sensitive areas. JWL has a reputation in the Wellington Region for delivering on time and to budget.

Carpark & Hotel Development
JWL managed all drainage works on this challenging site involving multiple contractors and agencies. Night work undertaken in an efficient and timely manner to reduce impacts on traffic. High standards of safety employed and collaborative working relationships.

Churton Park
Churton Park was first opened up in the 1970’s and JWL was one of the original contractors on site as well as a land owner preparing it’s own sections for sale. JWL has been involved with the landowner for more than 30 years and has been involved in most stages of development completing all infrastructure and preparation for roading and foothpaths. Further development of 80 sections in the Winsley Terrace Melksham Drive area.

Parkway Rise, Wainuiomata
Project for 68 lot residential subdivision involving extensive earthworks, all services and roading. JWL also worked closely with Wellington Regional Council on restorative planting.

Aotea block has been developing since early 2000 and JWL has been involved in all site development works such as services and roading.
