Churton Park
Churton Park was first opened up in the 1970s and JWL was one of the original contractors on site as well as a land owner prepping it’s own sections for sale. JWL has been involved with the landowner for more than 30 years and has been involved in most stages of development completing all infrastructure and preparation for roading and foothpaths. Further development of 80 sections in the Winsley Terrace Melksham Drive area.

JWL managed the redevelopment of an existing subdivision for The St Columban Fathers, with 14 sections in total.

Carpark & Hotel Development
JWL managed all drainage works on this challenging site involving multiple contractors and agencies. Night work undertaken in an efficient and timely manner to reduce impacts on traffic. High standards of safety employed and collaborative working relationships.

Parkway Rise, Wainuiomata
Project for 68 lot residential subdivision involving extensive earthworks, all services and roading. JWL also worked closely with Wellington Regional Council on restorative planting.

The Car Distribution Group
JWL completed the second stage of this large car storage facility. Involved in site preparation, stormwater management and sealing.

Government House, Wellington
From late 2008 through to early 2011, Government House Wellington was closed. The Conservation Project saw the House closed for 30 months while the building was given a new roof, new infrastructural services and was seismically strengthened. JWL was involved in updating all the services on site including sewer and stormwater.
This was a challenging job with the age of the existing infrastructure and the heritage nature of the building and site.

Whitby Coastal Estates
Whitby has seen a lot of the region’s residential growth, JWL worked at Whitby from the 1970s doing the majority of the site development works. This involved carrying out all roading and drainage for new house sites.

Aotea block has been developing since early 2000 and JWL has been involved in all site development works such as services and roading.

JWLs own subdivision including construction of a new Reservoir. This has involves 8 stages of lifestyle and residential developments. All roading, earthworks and services has been managed by the JWL team.

Mark Avenue Grenada
The JWL team has been the main drainage and contractor operating in the Mark Avenue area for the last 3 years. JWL has completed all stages of the subdivision preparing the area for new housing sites by laying services and preparing roads.

Royal Wellington Golf Club
JWL carried out the development of the Bateson Way residential subdivision. Over 100 years ago the property formed part of the original land purchased for a golf course and has in recent years been identified as surplus to golfing requirements. The development required special attention to detail and a speedy delivery – which was easily achieved by the JWL team.
